I've only seen Hannie Caulder once, and I recall so little about it - save that I enjoyed the Hell out of it - that I figure it was worth another run. Your article just popped it back onto my Netflix queue.<br /><br />I'm especially interested in seeing what you meant about how it was filmed "like a comic". The Cape uses a similar narrative technique, and I found myself both elated for their canny vision and marginally annoyed at the practice. It makes for an excitingly abrupt and, as you said, interactive way of cultivating a plot and its characters.<br /><br />Thanks for bringing this rusty old bastard to mind.M. C.
